Tash is like no one you’ve ever met — part stylist, part hype woman, part human espresso shot. She’s been deep in the industry for years, quietly (or should we say, loudly) building a reputation as the one clients follow anywhere (and they did). Opening Hepburn was inevitable — a space to do things her way: no rules, just great hair and damn good times. Buckle up.
